Modern leadership is distracted, comfortable, and disconnected. To lead effectively in chaos, you must reconnect with your primal instincts: focus, resilience, and the will to survive.
Learn to navigate complexity with clarity. Eliminate the noise and focus on what truly matters.
Comfort is the enemy of growth. We use the elements to forge a tougher, more adaptable mind.
Radical candor doesn't happen on Zoom. It happens around a fire. Connect deeply, away from screens and egos.
This retreat is designed for leaders who are ready to level up. It is for those who understand that true growth happens outside the comfort zone.
Visionaries looking to reconnect with their purpose and gain strategic clarity away from daily operations.
Leadership groups seeking to build profound trust, alignment, and shared resilience.
Individuals committed to mastering self-leadership and preparing for greater responsibility.

We don't use whiteboards; we use the bush. We don't do trust falls; we navigate the wild. This is a 3-day immersion designed to strip you down and rebuild you stronger.

The Expedition Arc
Four distinct phases. Each one designed to strip away a layer of comfort and replace it with clarity. The journey is deliberate — from disconnection to discomfort to deep reflection to reintegration.
Thursday Afternoon
You are collected from the airport. Your devices are taken. The drive is long and quiet. By the time you arrive, the city is a memory. You set up camp in the dark with only what you are issued. This is where the old habits end.
Friday · Full Day
You learn to meet your basic needs from the environment — fire, water, shelter. Then you move. Deep into the bush, on foot, through terrain that doesn't care about your title. The day is physically demanding and mentally humbling. The evening is spent around a fire, talking about what actually matters in your business.
Saturday · Full Day
The hardest day. You will navigate unfamiliar terrain with minimal guidance. You will spend hours completely alone with nothing but your thoughts and a notebook. You will be asked questions you have been avoiding. The day ends with a reward — and a commitment to the one move you will make when you return.
Sunday · Morning to Afternoon
You leave the bush behind. The contrast is deliberate — from dirt and swags to a luxury venue with hot showers, fresh clothes, and a proper meal. Your devices are returned, but not before you write down your priorities. You leave sharper, clearer, and with a plan. Airport drop-off by late afternoon.

The exact route, activities, and schedule are adapted for each expedition based on conditions, group dynamics, and your guide's assessment. No two immersions are the same.
"I've spent years in the boardroom and years in the bush. I can tell you this: the principles of resilience are the same in both. The moment you get too comfortable and complacent is the moment things begin to go wrong."
Trent combines years of executive coaching and high-level corporate strategy with deep outdoor experience. He isn't a guru. He's a guide who has walked the path.

This is not for everyone. We only accept up to 8 leaders per expedition. If you want room service, go to a resort. If you want transformation, this is your entry point.
